adequate stay, issues noted
housekeeping disturbance unprofessional service
the hotel's location proved quite convenient for accessing the main attractions.
i experienced disturbances from housekeeping at 9 am daily. the breakfast cost seemed excessive at €45 per person, especially given service ended just ten minutes later. furthermore, standard amenities such as toothpaste and cotton swabs were not consistently restocked. the bar near the entrance also suffered from significant delays and unprofessional service.

public artwork perfect location long wait unprofessional bar
The artwork in the public areas was fine. i also thought the location was perfect, it was away from the main tourist crowds. A plus for me.
i noticed the bar downstairs had a very long wait time. i also found it wasn't very professionally run.

Really good Stay in a Perfect Location
atmospheric views easy walk local life convenient location
The hotel's location is excellent for exploring. A water taxi from the airport stops at Arsenal (the stop is right in front of the hotel's main entrance). This makes arrival very easy, even at night. The waterfront location provides atmospheric views and it's an easy walk to popular sites. One can quickly glimpse local life away from tourist crowds.
During my visit, finding open places to dine late at night was a little tricky (this might be different during busier seasons).

The hotel features a lovely internal courtyard garden. Tables outside overlook the lagoon (a perfect spot for an evening drink). The hotel has its own pier allowing direct arrival from the airport by water taxi.

really good experience
friendly staff local restaurant lovely surprise
The staff was friendly. i received excellent recommendations for local restaurants. my room was upgraded, a lovely surprise (i celebrated my anniversary). the breakfasts were superb. I particularly enjoyed the pancakes.
